General terms and conditions
• The prices are per room per day including breakfast for a minimum stay of 7 nights. For short stays, the prices may vary
• The local tax of € 2,90 per guest and night is not included in the price, except for children up to 14 years of age
• To confirm the reservation we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total amount
• For cancellations up to 8 days before arrival, we charge 50 % of the total amount
• Cancellation within 7 to 2 days before arrival, we charge 80 % of the total amount
• Cancellation within 1 day prior to arrival, we will charge the total amount
Check-in/Check-out
On arrival, the room will be at your disposal from 2.00 p.m. We kindly ask you to leave the room within 10.00 am.
